Couriers, tracking and timing

Shipments with Niuo are free exclusively for orders placed through the instant checkout of the online estimator and related to MJF technology, both in Italy and in Europe.

For all orders subject to request for quotation (RFQ), custom shipping rates will be applied, calculated based on volume, destination and type of service requested.

In any case, all shipments are trackable and managed with reliable logistics partners. During the order process, you will be able to view the delivery details and monitor the status of the shipment in real time via the tracking link provided.

For domestic deliveries, we work with BRT (Bartolini) and DHL, while for international shipments we rely on FedEx.
These partnerships allow us to guarantee an efficient, safe and monitorable service at every stage of transport.

If you receive items that do not correspond to the expected quality or that do not conform to the order, we invite you to report it within 8 days of delivery, as required by our conditions of sale.

To open a dispute:

  1. Send a communication via PEC to the official address of the Seller, or write to [email protected] indicating:

    • Your order reference number

    • The name of the article

    • A description of the problem

    • Photo documentation and measurements, if necessary

  2. Our technical team will contact you within 24 hours to assist you in the return procedure and evaluate together the most appropriate solution, which may consist of a remaking of the part or corrective intervention, if possible.

The disputed goods must be returned to allow the appropriate checks. If the complaint is found to be well-founded, transport costs will be borne by the Seller, upon presentation of appropriate documentation.

Important: Any damage caused by transport must be reported immediately to the carrier upon delivery, as the Seller is not responsible for such damage.

To make a return — whether in the event of non-conformity, ordering error or the need for repair — you must follow the procedure provided:

  1. Contact the Seller by sending a communication via PEC to the official address, indicating:

    • Your order reference number

    • The name of the article

    • The reason for the return

    • Any additional documentation (e.g. photos, measurements, description of the defect)

  2. The Vendor will notify you of the return authorization (if approved) within 8 business days.

  3. Once authorized, the return must be organized by the Buyer, following the instructions received for shipping and relying on a courier.

Following this procedure is crucial to ensure that your products are delivered correctly and in optimal condition. Otherwise, the Seller reserves the right to Do not accept the return upon receipt.

For shipments within the European Union, there are no customs charges, as the entire production takes place in Italy.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, duties, excise duties or other customs charges may apply . These costs are borne by the Buyer, as provided for in the conditions of sale (art. 4.1).

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are made in EXW / ex-works mode from our headquarters in Via Piane Tronto, 64010 Controguerra (TE), and the goods travel at the risk and peril of the Buyer.

It depends on the delivery methods:

  • In the case of quick deliveries in 4-5 days, it is not possible to cancel the order already paid, because the parts start processing immediately.
  • In the event of longer delivery times, please contact our team to evaluate the cancellation or modification of the order, which cannot occur more than 24 hours after payment.

For orders that are cancelled, you will receive the refund of the amount paid to the same payment method used for the order and then receive the reversal on the invoice with a credit note.

For orders with MJF technology in Italy, during the quotation phase it is possible to select the desired production time among:

  • 8 working days
  • 5 working days
  • 3 working days

For overseas orders with MJF technology, the available options are:

  • 10 working days
  • 8 working days
  • 5 working days

For all other technologies, the production time will be communicated at the time of listing.

Shipping will take place at the end of the selected production period. Once you have entrusted your order to the courier, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the link for real-time tracking.
